About me

I have been a qualified personal trainer for the last 8 years, working with a wide range of clients from CEO's of multinational companies to sportsmen to those just wanting to get fitter to be more active at the weekends.

It's important to me that you enjoy your sessions, that you see how well you are progressing and that your technique helps you achieve the best from your training time. I am respectful, understanding, flexible and straight-forward. Many of my clients have worked with me for years and most of my business has come from recommendation.

I have an MSc in Athletic Development and Peak Performance from Southampton Solent University. I am qualified as Advanced Personal Trainer, Level 3, with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS), a level 3 Coach for UK Athletics and an Allenatore for Fidal (Italian Federation of Athletics). I hold a coaching certificate in weightlifting from the British Weightlifting Association (Level 1). I am also a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist (more details can be found at www.musclecoach.co.uk)
